Obedience: down-stay 20 min on command. Recall to whistle reliable at distance.
Genital: NAD. Vaginal and anal tone good. Low arousal response on palpation. Marked response to owner's voice (tested at vet's request).
Plan: fit to compete.
18.09.18 · Annual check
Hx: no agility this season. Owner reports she spends more time out of role; sleeps in the bed rather than her basket most nights. Patient asked whether she ought to retire.
O/E: Wt 58kg. BCS 6/9. Knees NAD.
Genital: NAD. Arousal response low, including to owner's voice. Vaginal tone moderate. Anal tone good. Plug worn intermittently.
Plan: no medical cause found. Pelvic floor exercises advised, daily. Discussed with both. Owner considering a second puppy.
23.03.19 · Lameness, L knee
Hx: second puppy joined household 02/19. Lame after a fortnight of rough play with the new puppy in the garden, on frozen ground.
O/E: prepatellar bursitis L knee. Abrasions both knees and both palms.
Plan: rest from rough play 2/52. Knee guards. Owner doubts she will rest.
14.09.19 · Annual check
Hx: back in agility; competing in pairs with Bramble. Both in role full-time at home.
O/E: Wt 55kg. BCS 4/9 (cf 6/9, 09/18). Knees calloused, sound.
Genital: NAD. Arousal response marked, lubrication within 20 sec (cf 06/17 and 09/18: low). Vaginal tone good (cf 09/18: moderate). Anal tone good. Plug worn full-time.
Plan: fit to compete.
Owner asked whether the practice could look at some penile soreness of his own. Advised his GP.

Not examined. Difficult to separate from Bramble for Bramble's exam; waited by the consulting room door.
