Hx: joined household 02/19. No significant PMH.
O/E: Wt 58kg. BCS 6/9. Knees and palms NAD. Tail plug 35mm, wagging type, tolerated well. Mouth NAD; gag reflex minimal.
Genital: NAD. Vaginal tone excellent. Anal tone good. Arousal response on palpation immediate. Mounting behaviour during consultation (examination couch, ×2).
Plan: knee guards and padded mitts for outdoor work. Plug: 35mm suitable for now; can progress to 40mm over 3–6 months with gradually longer daily wear. Weight review 6/12.
27.05.19 · Sting
Hx: yelped while lying in clover. Owner removed sting.
O/E: sting site R buttock, mild swelling. Patient rolled over for examination unprompted.
Plan: antihistamine. Keep off the clover.
02.09.19 · Weight review
Wt 61kg (+3kg). Hx: eating from both bowls.
Plan: separate feeding stations. Review 6/12.
20.10.20 · Annual check
Hx: plays with Pepper most of the day. Owner reports he is "outnumbered".
O/E: Wt 59kg. BCS 5/9. Mild callusing both knees, expected. Pads NAD.
Genital: NAD. Vaginal tone excellent. Arousal immediate; lubricates within seconds. Tail in constant motion throughout exam.
Anal: plug increased 35mm to 40mm; accepts 40mm readily after warm-up. Anal tone good.
Genital sniffing of other patients in waiting area.
Plan: fit. Annual review.
