Graduate Programme 2026 · Continuing Composure Development
MODULE 7 · COMPLETED COURSE
Course period: 5 August–9 September 2026 · Reviewed by Carol Beddoes · Filed with final assessment
Extracts referenced during the completed course. The original daily log is retained with the learning record. Continuing requirements are set out in the Fulfilment & Wellbeing Charter.
Baseline · day 1
Largest trainer managed: three. “Four’s in its box, looking at me.” Facilitator: three is fine for a baseline.
Home practice · day 6
“Four went in. Four and I are now in a committed relationship.” Queried at review. Employee said the entry was accurate “emotionally”; the size-four trainer was confirmed in.
Home practice · day 9
“Four in for two episodes of a legal drama. They got the disclosure rules wrong. Four was very supportive about it.”
Progress review
Log described by the facilitator as “a series of jokes”. Allowed, on the grounds that every joke was true.
Supervised session
Size four confirmed. Knelt in Nadu, trainer in, for most of the session, three hours after a hairbrush correction from her line manager, without fidgeting. Asked to describe Beth’s face during her turn: “It’s really peaceful. It’s actually a bit annoying.”
Practical assessment
Size four, shown to the facilitator on request. Passed. No joke submitted with the log, which the facilitator notes is a first.
Guidance & records
Current documents for the London office. Select a record to read its summary.
The firm’s tag must be worn during working hours and all assessed development activities. Marriage collars take precedence; the firm’s tag is worn beneath. Any change of collar status must be recorded with Talent & Composure.
Questions about fit or replacement should be raised with your line manager before the next assessment.
Business dress applies in reception, public areas and client meetings. Training rooms and the gym follow the session lead’s instructions. During an evacuation, leave by the nearest safe exit without delaying for clothing; Facilities will be at the muster point.
A fulfilled woman is a composed woman, and composure is what our clients pay for. Pellbrook Hale treats the fulfilment of every woman who wears its tag as a core responsibility of the firm, not a benefit.
Questions about frequency, comfort or scheduling go to Talent & Composure directly. Line managers follow up any concern raised with them within one working day.
Open masturbation log →Accurate reporting is scored separately from technical progress. Tell the facilitator what is happening at the time; do not reconstruct a log later. The person supervising cannot respond to information you have not given them.
See Module 7 teaching transcript →This document is available to line managers and Talent & Composure. For questions about a correction in your own record, speak to your line manager or Mrs Beddoes.
Record each home masturbation session in My Services, including date, method, trainer worn, orgasm outcome and fantasies or thoughts. Graduates who have passed Module 7 keep practising at size four. Record the trainer even when it was the only thing that happened. Enter “None” where there were no particular thoughts. Record intensity only when an orgasm occurred.
Complete entries promptly and accurately. Sessions without an orgasm must also be recorded. Describe the method when choosing “Other”. Entries are reviewed by Fulfilment before your next appointment.
Access is limited to the employee, her assigned practitioner and the session lead. Module practice records remain with the relevant course in Learning.
Open home activity log →Request planned leave through My Services. Your line manager reviews cover before confirming dates. Report unplanned absence to your manager as soon as possible.
Open employee services →Obtain manager approval before booking travel. Retain itemised receipts and send claims to Finance through the internal expenses system.
Contact People Operations on Floor 2 for employment-record queries or a private discussion. Facilities requests go through Reception; urgent building incidents should be reported to Security.
The staff library on Floor 2 holds the firm’s recommended reading on conduct and composure. This quarter’s list is drawn from the author Vivian Locke, whose accounts of service and submission are popular with the graduate cohort and, the library notes, rarely returned on time.
Titles include The Interview, an applicant’s progress through a pet-class placement, and The Gorean Club. Staff without library access may browse the full catalogue externally.

C. Beddoes · 10 SeptemberMrs Beddoes sends me your log every week, and it is the best thing I read. Let’s give it a plot. From Monday the 14th you don’t come. Carry on as usual and log every session, and the outcome is “No” every time. On Friday, put your size-four trainer in at lunchtime and leave it there; I’ll want to see it when you arrive at 16:30. And bring the joke about the trainer from last time. You’ve had a month to remember it.
D. Shaw · Ashdown Wellbeing, via Talent & ComposureYour request at the 21 August session, for anal (“My size-four trainer and I have been very happy together, but I think we’re ready to see other people”), is approved now that you have passed Module 7. Mr Shaw asked to take this session.
